Form not showing up on mobile

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Forminator form. It displays perfectly on laptops and desktops, but it doesn’t appear on mobile devices. I’ve checked to ensure that my website and form settings should be mobile-responsive, but the form still isn’t visible on mobile.

I’ve tried troubleshooting by clearing my cache and checking with multiple mobile devices and browsers, but the issue persists.

Could someone help me identify why this is happening and how to resolve it? Any guidance or advice would be much appreciated.
