    Hi @9art,

I’ve published a new update just now that should solve the issue in your website.

Please, install this latest update, clear the browser’s cache, and select the option: “Direct”, in the “Script load method” attribute, in the settings page of the plugin (“Settings/Calculated Fields Form”), and press the “Update” button.

    Best regards.

    Hi codepeople,
    It works great now.

Hello. I updated the plugin per the instructions above, and I cleared my “browsing data”.

It did not work for me, I still can not see my forms.

Is clearing the “browsing data” from google chrome the same thing as “clearing the browser’s cache?

Are there any other ideas of things I can do?

    Thank you codepeople,

    It works now.

    Regards

    Hello @dan L,

Please, go to the settings page of the plugin, through the menu option: “Settings/Calculated Fields From”, and untick the option: “Activate Javascript Cache”, in the “Troubleshoot Area” section, and press the “Update” button. If the issue persists, please, send me the URL to the webpage to check if your website is using the latest version of the plugin.

    Best regards.

Thanks. I just submited a ticket. Once you get it, reply back and I’ll send over an admin log in.

I did disable all plugins (other than fields form) to test and still could not get it to show.

    Hi,

I’ve published some new updates, but I guess the new updates are not causing any conflict with other plugins, or previous versions of the Calculated Fields Form.

    Best regards.

Something that worked for me before setting the JS load method to “direct” – I’ve got W3 Total Cache installed, and it was set to “minify JS.”
Unchecking that solved the problem for me.
    – It was showing in Chrome Mac but not Safari – because –
    – I was logged in to admin on Chrome and “minify js” and other stuff W3 Total Cache was doing was set to “disable for logged in users”

Now, I have “minify js” unchecked in W3 Total Cache, and have set the js load method to “direct,” and it’s working fine.

    Hi,

Thank you very much for sharing your experience, however, I have installed the latest version of the CFF plugin, and the “W3 Total Cache” plugin too, I’ve enabled the “Minify JS” option, and my forms are working fine, furthermore, I’m using the “Classic” mode to load the script files in the CFF plugin.

Please, remember to clear the cache generated by the “W3 Total Cache”, and the browser’s cache, after modify the plugin’s settings.

    Best regards.
