Form not showing up

Hello!

I checked the page and the plugin files are not getting loaded, this generally means that there is a cache/minify/security plugin or service (like cloudflare) that is still using a previous version that didn’t have the plugin in it. So could you try to clear or temporally disable any cache/minify/security plugin that you have?

I deactivated my cache program and my security program, updated and reloaded the short form an it is still not working any suggestions?

mmmm, another reason (not as common but sometimes it happens) is that the theme is not correctly coded and is not triggering the event that should load the plugin files. So, could you also try to quickly change the theme and see if the form is shown that way?

I spoke to the developer of our Theme .. unfortunately he cannot find where the compatibility issue is coming from. I purchased the full version about a week ago, but due to the program not being compatible I am requesting a refund.

I would like to say that I love this add on, I enjoyed making the forms, it was easy and very user friendly. The ONLY reason I am NOT using this is compatibility issues with our theme.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
