    This is similar to this question, but I’m not using a shortcode. Rather, I’ve added a form to a product through the WooCommerce add-on. I’m using it to calculate the price and everything works fine when I’m logged in. But as an anonymous user, the form doesn’t show.

    Found it right after posting this. The message about the SG Optimizer plugin helped:

    There is active the?SG Optimizer?plugin. If the forms are not visible, please, follows the steps below:

    1. Go to the menu option: “SG Optimizer > Frontend”
    2. Enter in the “JAVASCRIPT” tab
    3. Select the jQuer path through the “Exclude from Deferral of Render-blocking JS”
    4. Purge the “SG Cache”

    I didn’t have to purge the cache.
