    Hi there i want to use your contact form on my site as i prefer it to contact form 7, it seems to be working on desktop but not showing up on mobile also i have just done a test with some files attached and the message came through to my e-mail but not the attachments. Any ideas? Thanks

    I hope you are doing well today.

    The URL you shared does not contain any form. I guess we talk about your contact page and form which exist there. I visited that page on my android device in chrome browser and form show up there.

    1. Can you let us know what device you use and in which browser you don’t see the form?
    2. Can you clear your site and any server-side cache and try again on mobile?
    3. Please check in your form settings in Email Notification does Attachments is setup as “Upload files”.

    If that is done and you will see no posivite results, please export your form, upload it to google drive or dropbox and share a link in your next reply so that we could review that form on our side.

    1.Ok so the form shows up when i’m logged in on wordpress but doesn’t show up on the the live website on desktop or mobile.

    i have also checked the logged in submission and lifespan expiry settings.

    The forms were exported from contact form 7 could this be causing an issue?

    Hi @robh25

    I checked it and the form itself is fine.

    The issue here is asset optimization currently happening on site (you are using Autoptimize plugin). To confirm that, please visit the page with the form like this

    https://luxunique.co.uk/form-submitted/?ao_noptimize=1

    and you’ll see the form is loading correctly for logged-out users.

    The ?ao_noptimize=1 parameter simply bypasses optimization/Autoptimze cache.

    So how to make it work despite optimization in place?

    1. Start with enabling “Load form using AJAX” option in form’s “Behavior” settings in “Rendering” section; in most cases that would suffice.

    2. If it doesn’t work out of the box, clear Autoptimize assets cache. It will force the plugin to drop cached content and recreate it with freshly optimized assets.

    Most likely, this alone will solve the issue but if not, let us know here and we’ll look into it to suggests assets that you should exclude from Autoptimize optimization then.
