form not showing on frontend

    Hi,

    The donation form is not displaying on the frontend, but when I am logged in there are not issues and its loading normally.

    bestdestinationintheworld.com

    I have disabled the cache for this page, I disabled the caching plugin, but still the form is not loading.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi there,

    If the form loads when you are logged in it’s probably a caching issue.
    I noticed that you re using WP Rocket. Can you temporarily disable that and check if it makes a difference?

    Can you also send your system information? This is found in Donations -> Tools -> System info.

    This will give us more context about your general setup.

    Thanks for the update. We have also seen issues with Cloudflare’s Rocket Loader option can you disable that too?

    Hi,

    Yes, that did the trick. I deactivated the Cloudflare’s Rocket Loader and reactivated the WP rocket and is working fine now.
