Form not showing in Widget

    Hi there,

    Our form is successfully linked to the Campaign Monitor form via the API however the widget continues to show “Please make sure to connect your form to your email marketing provider and to select a thank you page.” and the front end shows “The selected Optin Cat form doesn’t exist.”. I have tried reading the form API details and also creating a new form linking to the database but the issue continues. The form works at the campaign monitor end as I can add a widget with code linking to one of their forms and it works no problem.
    Can you assist?
