    Yes, you were right, it was a lazy load plugin.

    Thank you.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible for customers to cancel appointments via email link.

    It says: Something went wrong when process with cancel appointment….
    when showing the appointment cancellation form.

    Any idea why?
