Form not showing

    We use multiple forms and quizzes on our website. Non of them are loading. They were until a few weeks ago. We have tried multiple potential issues. Header Footer injections, plugins blocking. Deleting captcha field, deleting payment options.

    No luck. Please advice ??

    I was unable to replicate the issue, the form is loading fine on the mentioned page.

    Can you please re-check this using the Incognito/Private window and see if you still notice the issue?

    Thanks for checking! Yes it seems there was an issue with the wordpress template. It was updated by the provider and the forms are loading perfectly fine now!
