Form not showing

    Hi there,

    I have used this pluggin before in other websites I’ve built and everythings has worked more than fine.

    I had to create another one using elementor builder but this time the form is not showing up, please help me with this.

  • Even I am facing the same problem. it works fine in localhost where I installed 3 weeks back, however today when I installed in the live site, I am unable to view form.

    Hi @sololuis1696,

    I tested Elementor builder by adding default quote Forminator form using the shortcode element in builder and I had no issues with seeing or submitting my form, can you tell me if this is how the form is added on your site as well or if you used a different method/element?

    I did notice that there are some console errors and that the code in page source looks a bit strange, do you perhaps use any file optimization plugins and could you try disabling it temporarily to see if that helps with the issue?

    @upola can you please start a new ticket per forum rules and give us some more info about your setup there so we can check this out separately?
