Actually, if you check the source code of your webpage, it is being cut before be completed (removing all the piece of code that should be generated by the wp_footer function), even I’ve checked other pages in your website that where the forms have not being inserted, and it is happening the same, please, look the following screenshot:

The issue has not been fixed at all, the web pages are not being generated completely, the scripts is stopping before, and your website is not calling the WordPress function: wp_footer to load the resources in the footer.

Yea the form is working. The footer not showing is intentional.

You are violating some principles of WordPress development, if you don’t want close the body of your webpage at least you should call the wp_footer function of WordPress.

Actually there are some issues in your theme, in fact you should increase the z-index assigned to the element: #footer in the https://drafts.design-vibe.co.uk/gcp-mobile-app/wp-content/themes/gcpmobapp/style.css file, and then you should clear the browser’s cache.

But these issues are not related with our plugin.
