The form appears to send (I get the success message). But the email doesn’t arrive. I have set up the recipient email under Notifications as a Custom Recipient. Is there something else I should be doing?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @applegreen,

Email issues are almost always due to external factors so the first test to do is to install an email logging plugin such as this one and see whether or not the email is being handed off from Advanced Forms to WordPress email system.

If it is, then the emails are leaving WordPress but, for some reason, aren’t reaching the inbox.

If you aren’t seeing emails in the log, then something is preventing them in the plugin. Sometimes I see people use quotes in the text field and that can cause issues. Also make sure there are no spaces either end of the email address just to be safe. If you are happy to share a screenshot of the email config, I can let you know if I spot any issues.

    Cheers,
    Phil

I have just been able to get this working. I used the email logging plugin you suggested to troubleshoot and got the system up and running. Thanks for your help. Stephanie
