Form not sending the mail

Hi There

I am using this form on the purchase page and have created the confirmation button

The functionality is like when the user will select the products and will click on the confirm button, the email will go to the admin with the details of the purchase

But the email is not coming

Note-: Same email id of admin and wp-form settings

Need help in this asap
