Form not sending notification

  • We are having the same issue. Have you had any luck fixing it? Do you think the issue could be related to the recent WordPress update?

    Same problem here. I tried deleting the installation and re-installing. Still not working.

    I managed to fix it by going to settings and including the “Send from (address)”. Hope that works for you!

    I have the same issue and recommendation from carr_ does not work for me….please help!

    Same issue here. At least I could read all entries via the dashboard, but I hope the problem will be fixed soon. My form went live today and I didn’t understand the silence … Thank you.
