• when someone submits the contact form I no longer receive notifications to my specified email – it was working fine before. I didn’t change any settings with the plugin, it’s updated to the latest version and I recently switch to PHP 7.4 from 5.6, my from sender is the same as always – [your-name] [email protected]

    what could be causing the plugin not to send emails to me… the PHP version switch?

    I have the same problem. I don’t get any responce message after submitting the form.

    Hey – thanks for responding – there is no error message, I get the normal “Thank you for your message. It has been sent.” notification to say the message was sent successfully but then I don’t actually receive the message in my inbox as I did before

    I have a similar problem, but I did receive a response. Only the second email does not get any response. Tried it with various emails and indifferent positions (first email address vs. second email address).

    Same issue. I get the precanned thank you message, but neither email 1 or 2 are sent.

    Mine is all set now. It was the destination flagging and blocking it for some reason.
