Form not sending email to admin

I have installed this WPForms on my new website and configured it using the SMTP Mail plugin. I already have the WP Forms installed and working on other websites so I used the same mail settings.

But the Contact form does not seem to be sending emails to my admin email when someone creates a new entry on the form. I have performed a test email through the SMTP plugin and that works fine.

Is this something I need to contact my hosting about, or is it an issue with how I have set up the form?
