Form not sending email to admin

I’m wondering if anyone has ever had this issue before. We have several forms on the site but we have one form that will not send an email to the admins once the user submits the form. The ONLY way it will send the email is if we use one particular ‘from’ address. All the other forms work using other ‘from’ addresses. Any ideas? Thx.
