Form not sending and not displaying messages

Same problem here, just a spinning icon.

I reverted back to 4.7 and resolved. Will wait until this bug is fixed to update.

as I wrote in this post if You are using WPML this is the solution:
Add this piece of code in Your function.php theme:

add_filter( 'wpcf7_load_js', '__return_false' );

TO ALL WHO HAVE THIS PROBLEM:

I followed the typical steps of deactivating plugins 1 by 1. Checkout:

FAQ > The spinning arrow icon shows up once I submit a form, but then nothing happens.

I found that this plugin was causing CF7 to not send:

Fast Velocity Minify

All contact forms on 2 websites are now good to go. Will find a different solution to minify.
