    My website’s contact form will not send to my Outlook account. It sends to other Outlook accounts when tested, but not to the one that corresponds with the website’s domain.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi @matty007,

    I’d recommend referring to our guide about troubleshooting form notification emails. I’d emphasize this issue: “Sender: In some email providers, having the same Send To Email Address and From Email address can be flagged as spam or blocked from delivery.”

    If you’re using an email address on Outlook with the website’s domain, this means you have a paid service with Microsoft. If you’re using the same Send To Email Address and From Email address, you can reach out to Microsoft support and ask for email logs about this issue. They might be able to help you get this sorted out.

    Another option would be to configure an SMTP plugin on your site, and this may solve the issue. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
