form not sending

    we are using your plugin at petflapsuk.com
    but we keep having random issues that we do not receive the submitted form.
    there is no error occurring, but according to the mail server logs, no email is being sent. We have confirmed this with the hosting provider as well, no emails were sent, no errors occurred.

    Test emails send just fine, when we test the form, it works fine.

    We also use cleantalk for blocking spam, and this also keeps a log of all the form submissions, this is the only record we have.
    None of the missing emails were spam or blocked by cleantalk, we have contacted them to confirm this as well.

    So we are at a loss why we are not receiving so many form submissions, why no emails are being sent.

    Hi @lordsnake,

    Thanks for reaching out! It could be that your forms are not submitted correctly due to some reason (Eg: JavaScript issue, Captcha issue, etc).

    You can also check the Debug Events section (WP Mail SMTP -> Tools -> Debug Events) to see if you can spot any errors.

    Further, you can check the WordPress -> Tools -> Site Health section to find out any possible issues.
