Which version of the Contact Form 7 plugin do you use?

Why don’t you update it?

Usually it notifies me, but it didn’t give me an option. Let me take another look. Will let you know.

Ok, updated wordpress and then updated Contact Form 7. Now on 5.5.3, but still not sending ??

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

Theme is: Care WP
and a bunch of plugins. I took some screenshots, but I don’t see where to post them here…

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Classic Editor, WordPress Importer, WP Mail SMTP and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

I updated most of the remaining plugins, and then deactivated this one: Timetable Responsive Schedule For WordPress, as it looked like it might have to do with sending. It appears to have worked. Thanks for your help!
