Form not sending

I would be willing to pay someone (within reason) to help me fix this issue. Or any further help. This is a non-profit site I am doing pro bono.

The site has been up for over a month with no functioning contact form.

Hi, my contact 7 form is not sending. But it tells me that a message has been sent. I have checked my spam folder, turned off all plugins, verified that the emails work and are not smtp. Site is hosted on GoDaddy. I have also reviewed this site https://blog.cf7skins.com/contact-form-7-email-issues/#add-additional-headers in depth and searched the forum.

The form has no errors internally or externally.

I am at a complete loss as to what I’m doing wrong.

I would greatly appreciate any help.
