Form not send file – strange mistake

  • Hello

    I have a strange mistake form.
    I have a form [file file-888 limit: 10mb].
    E-mail the file attachment I [file-888].

    after update plugin, form sends the file only 1 time.
    in the next sending an email through the form, mail with file no Annex.
