Form not saving (custom profile form)

  • Hi,
    i’ve a smallish problem when creating a custom “profile form”, as it won’t save the data users enter.

    on [ultimatemember_account] no problems at all, but [ultimatemember form_id=”951″] (in my case) nothing will be saved.

    if I push the “save” button it will only disable the button, but no loading of any sort will occure.

    please help ??

    Sometimes these types of issues show up because of plugins/theme conflict. I suggest you do a plugins/theme conflict test on your site. Please follow this article for help.

    I also have the same issue and checked there were no conflicts with theme or other plugins. I disabled all plugins except UM and using default 2022 theme and still getting the same issue – ie not saving.

    Well I just put my custom fields to the default form and gotta live with the result.
    But for the problem, it seems that if you just use the displayed shortcode outside of UM environment, it won’t create the “<form>” tags around it. So basically the browser doesn’t even know it’s a form.

    @larskuffer @geraldjim Do you have forumWP plugin installed or are you using UM profile page to be the profile page for any other plugin?

    Are you adding the shortcode with a Page Builder? If so, could you please tell us what’s the Page Builder name?
