    Hello,

I have installed your plugin and added the Row Start field but when I try to save my form, the Save process appears to be in an endless loop. If I deactivate the plugin, Save works.

I have exported the form and system status and sent it to [email protected]

    Hi @qrahaman,

Thank you for your message and for the email attachments that you sent.

We did not receive a JSON export of the form. From the screenshot that you sent there appear to be numerous ‘row-start’ elements with a ‘column-break’ after each, but there are no ‘row-end’ elements visible. The current way that the plugin functions is that it requires that each ‘row-start’ be terminated with a ‘row-end’ with as many ‘column-break’ elements that are required between these two bookend elements.

Depending on your requirements, you may or may not be aware that it is possible to have up to 3 columns displayed on a form with the default Gravity Forms plugin, see: https://docs.gravityforms.com/working-with-columns/#h-introduction

We hope that the above information helps, and feel free to respond if we have misunderstood your issue, or if there are any additional problems.

    Wishing you health and happiness.

    Kind regards.

Please can you advise if this problem was resolved, or if you still have the problem?

Many thanks for your time and assistance.
