Form not refreshing after submitting

    My web form started misbehaving a few months ago. It still sends email when the submit button is clicked, but the form does not refresh (no thank you message is displayed), so the user keeps clicking submit, and each time, a new email is sent).

    I am using this form in conjunction with X Theme and the bundled “Convert Plus” plugin (slide in contact form).

    I’m using the latest version of everything.

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

    Hi, I had the same trouble on my page
    The current WP-Version 4.9 and the current version of your plugin ist 4.9.1
    The theme is the official theme 2017
    other plugins are: WP Mail SMTP, YOAST SEO

    I fixed the problem by deactivating the WP Mail SMTP-Plugin.
