    Hello.

    When I send a message through the “Contact Form 7” plugin, I get the info that the form has been sent properly, with a green border:
    Thank you for your message. It has been sent.

    However I don’t get the form by e-mail and it is lost.
    It is not located in the spam folder.
    Also I have used the default settings for a basic form.
    I have many plugins installed that could be connected with Contact Form 7.
    Mainly:
    – “Complianz GDPR” for cookies banner
    – “WP GDPR Compliance” for handling a tick beside the form to validate the data processing
    – “Really Simple Captcha” to add a GDPR compliant captcha.
    – maybe other plugins causing issues

    When disabling those plugins the problem seems to remain the same.
    Also this form was working at the beginning, before installing those plugins.

    How can I solve this please?

    Thanks for your answer.

    In the mean time I have digged into the problem, and it seems to turn out that the issue was due to the hosting company that handles the e-mails for that domain, that did not accept to receive an e-mail from the same domain but sent from another server than theirs (my configuration). It is my suspicion for now at least. And when using the email storage of the other server it works. So this is probably what was going on. Or else it is a misconfiguration of the domain DNS entry.

    Basically I could test sending the form to another external domain and it worked, so this must be what was going on.

    So it is not related to CF7 unlike I thought.
    I think this might help some others too, when mixing two hosting companies for the same domain: one for the web and another one for the e-mails. This makes some incompatibility. The solution is to put web and e-mails on the same hosting company, then this issue goes away.
