Form not matching preview or live version

    In the link provided you can see the letters are missing for the headers for some of the contact boxes. Then the last box has a black border. The created form has the look like the first field that has “name” but the preview and live version are making other fields white and keeping a black box around the final one.

    Hello!

    It looks like you added that black box and white labels with a style, please review the styles that you have or go to settings/styles and remove all the code, this would remove all the styles that you have added.

    It was good before, not sure what changed. I just fixed it by readding each field and deleting the existing one and seemed to fix it. Thanks!!
