Form not loading

    I have tried to input the shortcode from my Forminator form into the Code module on my WordPress site using Divi builder, and also separately into a text module on my webpage, but it won’t load.
    Help please?

    I checked Divi theme on my test site and I had no issues with adding forms in either Code or Text modules, both loaded without any issues.

    Could you please perform a conflict test by disabling your other plugins and see if the forms are loading after that?
    If they are, enable them back one by one until the issue is back and that should tell us where the conflict is coming from so we can debug it further.

    I suggest doing this test on a staging site or if you don’t have one make sure to have a full backup of your live site before performing the test there.

    Hello,
    I deactivated all the plugins, and then reactivated just Forminator, and then tried putting in the shortcode into the Code module, and then into a text module, and it’s still not working. I have it saved in the Code module so you can see it.

    I still have not reactivated any of the other plugins.

    Any other suggestions?

    (I have reactivated some plugins after all, including Forminator, FB Pixel, and Sendfox.)

    Hi @tsonnichsen

    Sorry to hear you are having this problem.

    I checked the source code of the shared page, but I don’t see any indication of the Forminator codes or the JavaScripts.

    Could you try to embed the shortcode on any different page or post to check if you have the same problem?
