form not loading

I am still strugeling with loading a form with custom field. In email you told me:

the Brand field is not shown there because when creating a new classified no form scheme is selected, WPAdverts then will use the builtin form scheme which does not have any additional fields.

But i have only one custom scheme called Brand and is selected in the setting box for that page (New ad)

Actually it loads ok on front side, but not in admin panel.
