Form not displaying – only shortcode

Dear thinkdolphin,

Please firstly remove the code option. Then make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin. If that’s so please try deactivating the plugins one by one to see if that’s a plugin conflict or change the theme to the default option to see if that’s a theme conflict. We will look forward to hear from you.

It’s the only plugin activated and it still doesn’t work. I removed the code as well.

I don’t know if this means anything but I can’t get the gallery with Lightbox to work either.

Might there be something wrong with my code that would be conflicting with these plugins??

Please update the plugin to the latest version, then delete and regenerate the shortcode once more. This will fix the issue. Thank you.

I am having the same problem – instead of showing the form, only the shortcode is displayed.
However the preview function in the form manager shows me the form properly.

Info about my site.
Clean new install of WPP 4.4.2 with responsive theme Silvia.
Fresh install of Contact Form builder plugin today

What I tried, but made no difference:
– Deactivated all other plugins (just a few installed)
– Removed Shortcode and re-insterted
– Copied/saved form as a new form with new id
– Switched to other theme

You are using very old version of Contact Form Builder. Please update it. When done most likely the issue with the shortcode will be resolved. This old version of shortcode is no longer working with latest versions of WordPress. Thank you.

In my WP Admin Panel, the version 1.0.41 was shown and now I have updated to 1.0.42 but still the same issue.
You said “Very old version” ? What am I missing – what should be the latest and greatest version to use?

Hi I have removed the shortcode and re-inserted it – no change.
I have also created a new page and inserted the code there via using the “insert contact form button”, but still no luck.
What am I missing?

As suggested please contact our support team. Sometimes the users have plugins or use a theme which has conflict with our shortcode. We will check that out. Thank you.
