Form not displaying in the plugin

Hello
I created a new form in the Sendinblue platform.
I installed ( again..) your plugin and I don’t see any form unless the first not created by me but your plugin when it is installed.
Why is the best way to get acess to the form created on SB?
The unique solution i have now is to insert/embed the iframe of the form in my page
Any help ?

You can create a form within our WordPress plugin > https://www.sendinblue.com/blog/how-to-add-email-subscription-to-wordpress/
Otherwise, you can embed the form built in the Sendinblue platform via Iframe or HTML > https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019837760
