Form not displaying correct fields

    I am trying to place the following Contact form on our website:

    [msdyncrm_form entity=”contact” name=”testing5″ mode=”create” captcha=”true” redirect_url=”https://gcfcanada.com/form-submission-redirect/”%5D

    But the form is not displaying any custom fields I place in it. I tried displaying a form for a different entity (Opportunity) and it had no problem displaying my custom fields. Is it something specific to the Contact entity type? Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi @aidenwp

    has the form been published? Have you refreshed the metadata cache in the plugin? Is it possible you have multiple forms with the same name?

    Having said all that, [mdsyncrm_form] shortcode has been deprecated in favor of twig templates.
