    Hi,
Don’t know why but I started getting configuration errors in my forms.
I put everything back, and now I don’t get an error message, but for some reason, Flamingo is now not entering the form information in its address book. Was working great before but now, no.

    This is the form:

    <label> Your Name
        [text* Your-Name] </label>

    <label> Your email
        [email* Your-Email] </label>

    <label>Your State of Residence
        [text* Your-State class:required] </label>

    <label>Your Phone Number (optional)
        [text Your-Phone-Number] </label>

    <label>Your Telegram User Name (optional)
        [text Your-Telegram-User-Name] </label>

    <label> Your Message (optional)
        [textarea Your-Message] </label>

    [submit "Submit"]

Does anyone know why the form is not being entered into the flamingo address book at all and only in the inbound messages tab? I do get the name and email coming through in the inbound messages tab. I was getting the form info in both places, but now, just one place.

    Thank you for your help!

Try changing the field name Your-Email to your-email (lowercase).

Thank you, @takayukister! That fixed it. I knew it was something simple. Thank you also for responding so fast, I appreciate that too. Great plugin!

    Hello Again, @takayukister,

I am getting closer. Didn’t realize you wrote the send in blue plugin as well! Bravo!

I attempted to create a welcome email template. I chose the blank version and copied and pasted our message into it. I sent a test to myself but the field for Dear , did not auto fill. I am not sure how to deal with this.

Also, I need to send two attachments along with the welcome email. Is there a way to do this?

Thank you for your help, I appreciate it. Once this is set up, I should be leaving you alone!

    All the best,

    Robert

    See Sendinblue integration

Usage of email template parameters is explained in the Contact attribute–form field mapping section.

    Thank you again, Takayuki!

I am sorry to bother you again. Been working on this for hours. A lot of it is fixed, but I still don’t understand why the Dear —– field is not filling in when I send a test email. This is what I have there now, but the test comes back the same way: Dear [text* your-name], not filled in.

I was able to add an attachment. Is that limited to one or can I add one more?

Another thing I don’t understand is how to get the incoming new contacts from Flamingo to function as the list to send the welcome email to. I would like each new web form contact to automatically receive the welcome email. Is this possible, or do I have to physically move flamingo contacts into a list in send in blue?

Thank you for your help, I appreciate it.

    All the best,

    Robert
