Form not assigining role

  • Hi. I’ve tried different times, but it does not assign chosen user role for a particular form. It keeps registering them as subscribers.

    Please check if you have configure the user role to be assigned in Form Dashboard > Configure > Assign User Role

    If you already did that, please check if you have any other plugin that also assigns the role and might be overriding ERF’s role assignment.
