form not appearing in widget

Hi,
I have recently upgraded to the latest version of wordpress. After I did this the sign up form that used to appear in my widget has now started showing [nsu-form-1]. I use this code in my widget via the wysisyg widget and was working fine previously.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas why this is happening?Thanks
