Form no longer showing

  • Hi there,

    Forms are no longer showing on pages and do not know why. I emptied cache, turned off js and css minified, turned off all plugins and even changed the theme and it didnt fix the issue…

    Any idea would be great. Thanks

  • No need to answer. An employee had copied/pasted the JS used for a single form in a specified page and used it in many pages.. So why it no longer worked. We just had to remove what he had done to fix the issue..
