Thanks for this report. On your video I can see that you are typing the date with “/” characters in it. Can you check on your WordPress settings that the date format chosen is not “j F Y” but “d/m/Y” instead ?

We have also a problem with these two fields. First, the nationality gives out an error regardless what you enter with “UNKNOWN COUNTRY FOR NATIONALITY” but furthermore, like others have pointed out, these fields are NOT NEEDED!! I have contacted Mangopay support and they can be hidden, they just need to transfer a value. Birthdate e.g. can be entered Unix Timestamp, filling it in the backend with 01.01.1970. But the buyer should not see this and not enter this. Can you tell me how to code this? What file needs to be edited? How to fix this “UNKNOWN COUNTRY FOR NATIONALITY” error?
