Form Name in Email

    Hi There,

    I have 5 different registration forms on my site, each with different information.

    I have the Pending Approval email set to send once a user registers but I don’t know what information is coming from which form. Is there an email shortcode that I can enter into the email template that gives me the name of the form in the email? Email info is the same so that doesn’t matter but I need to know which form they registered with.

    EG: Registration Form X sends with email title Regsitration X, Registration Form Y send with email title Registration Y etc.

    Hi @vyralli

    You can add another text field with a default value as the Register form ID and then change the text field width and height to 1px via CSS code.
