Form: Model “davinci-003” doesn exists?

    Hi , I’m having issues while trying with a previously running FORM. It says that the Model “davinci-003” doesn exists? Any idea why this could be happening? I have tried with any other Models and same. Thanks

    Version 1.3.59?

    Hi @iokinpardo,

    The forms system has been improved over time, so maybe you might need to visit the page where you have the forms, and click on repair block? That might do the trick.

    I had the same issue. I just had to recreate the submit button on the form and it fixed it.

    Hi @rbrock57 . I have done exactly what you suggested, just rebuilding the “Submit” button has fixed it. Many thanks for your quick help.
