Form Maker Uploads to site is Changing the Filenames

    File uploads with Form Maker used to retain the filename of the file such as my_headshot.jpg. Now when files are uploaded with Form Maker (form not changed in any way) it is assigning random names to the files, such as NavFYyBpqo.pdf and hQZaelqrIz.docx. These files are renamed when uploaded to the site and sent via email to the recipient. I can’t find any settings that would pertain to this. I am using Divi as a them.

    Any idea why this is happening?

    I believe it’s the current version : Version 2.14.5
