Form Maker neither saves submission data to database nor sends emails

    There was no problem with form maker until October. From then the plugin hasn’t seemed to be working. It doesn’t send notification emails, and doesn’t save data to database at all.
    After pushing “Send” button, the confirmation page appears if everything would be ok.
    But nothing happens.
    Please advise.

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    1. the link you have sent does not have a form, please send me a link to test the form.
    2. Please make sure that you have the latest version of the plugin – 1.13.50 if free or 2.13.50 if pro. If you have an older version, then please update and check again.
    3. Please check whether you have any website optimizing plugin if you have any then please remove, then clear website and browser caches, and check again.
    4. If nothing from the above points will help, then please try to deactivate any plugins that were added after October and try to check again.
    5. Do you get this issue with other forms or only with a single form?

    Hello @zhannak ,

    I had tried all your suggestion before I asked for help, and nothing helped. This issue was with the only one form we used. (we don’t ave another)

    Actually I had to solve this problem quick, therefore I changed this plugin to another one. So eventually the problem has been solved.
