Form lost after logging out from account

    Hi everyone,

    I logged out from the Sendinblue plugin then logged in, and everything I have done is gone !

    I spent so much time on a form with custom style, custom attributes and custom JS. I hope this behavior is an error, i.e. losing everything when you log out. That’s the point of an account : persist user data !

    Is there anyway I can recover it ? Surely it is saved somewhere in Sendinblue’s user database ?

    And why are the forms not accessible directly from the Sendinblue dashboard ?

    Please I would welcome any help on that matter.

    I confirm that any settings, such as the activation of transactional emails, marketing automation, etc… are reset every time I logout from the plugin.

    This is not normal behavior as far I know.

    By the way, I must precise that when you’re logged in, the following terms are clearly written :
    – “My Account”
    – “Log out”

    Nowhere is written that all the settings and forms are going to be erased when I log out.

    I have gone through all of your messages and can confirm the most likely issue here is that the information was not saved before logging out. The same goes for any of the other settings, if “Apply” is not clicked, everything will revert to default.

    Typically, logging out of one’s account does not delete data, but unfortunately if information is not saved before doing so, anything not saved will be irretrievable.

    Would you mind sending in an email to [email protected] confirming your login email address so that we can address all of your other points in more detail.
