Form Loads on 2nd Page View

    I have the plug-in set to display the form once a month. To test I clear cookies and cache. When I go to the site, the form does not load but if I reload, it displays on the second page view. I’ve seen the behavior take 2-3 page views before it loads.

    How do I fix that?

    Hello Jay,

    Thanks for reaching out. I don’t think we’ve encounted this particular issue before.

    I would guess it could be related to a caching our optimization plugin you are using. I would suggest disabling any plugins like that and trying again to see if it makes a difference.

    I visited your site, and saw that Optin Cat is no longer running, so I was not able to look into this further. Sorry for the slow reply. Please let us know if that helps, or if we can be of further assistance.
