Form loaded via AJAX – not sending

Hi,
I have a form which is returned via AJAX call. CF7 js doesn’t listen to live events on the DOM apparently because form is going directly to admin-ajax.php
Is there anything what I can do or it just require CSF7’s js to be updated?
