Form layout question

Hello,

I was told that I would be able to make a form with this addon (premium version of Custom Product Addon) that would work both horizontally and vertically, while also adding prices horizontally. But I don’t see how that will work with this addon.

I might be wrong though, maybe I’m missing something. I hope this explanation helps a bit:

To help to clarify, what I want my customers to do is this:

Pick a type of topping – pick a type of bread – pick an amount. This all adds to a grand total as the toppings and types of bread have different prices. And the amount of each will influence the price as well.

I’m not sure how I should make that work with the custom product addons. Also, people may want to pick several different kinds of bread with one specific topping (e.g.: 4x cheese, 2 white baguette, 2 brown baguette).

Some help here would be greatly appreciated!
