Form Layout Not Working on mobile

    Hi I have been using free version of your plugin for nearly one month it was working fine but suddenly its layout isn’t showing properly on mobile devices. Its not showing the close button. Kindly check it at the provided URL and help me

    Hello there,

    Upon inspection of the link provided, I can see that that is not one of our plugins optin forms.

    Because you are using Autoptimize I cannot tell which plugin is producing your popup. However, I can see the code generating it is most definitely not ours.

    Furthermore “Aweber Forms by Optin Cat” is not listed in your wp-content/plugins folder when I inspect this pages sources. That means no data from our plugin is even being loaded on this page.

    Please check what other optin plugins you are using, and followup with their support.

    pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.
