    Hi @nkhanani

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble but it’s not related to Essential Addons. This plugin allows you to style the form within Elementor, it doesn’t control any functionality at all. If you use shortcode instead of our plugin, you will see the same error. Kindly get in touch with Ninja Forms support and hopefully they will be able to help better on this.
