Form is showing validation errors when making a change to select dropdown

In the contact form 7 i have three drop down fields one after the other apart from other text, email fields etc.. . When i select a value for the first drop down it triggers validation for every other fields like text, email and other drop downs. This happens for all the dropdown fields in the form
