Form is showing previous users details

  • We use the free version of the Salon Booking System.

    When someone makes a booking it brings up the fields to add contact details (name, phone, address etc) and these fields on the form are already populated with the details of the previous person who booked!

    So the next person who makes a booking can see all the personal information of the previous person. How can we stop this?

    @wstylejp No. The next person making a booking can see the details of the previous person who made a booking.

    I’ve actually tried to make a reservation on your site, but I’m getting an error on the screen after checkout.

    @wstylejp – would you mind posting a screen shot of the error message?

    I’m accessing from Japan, so I’m not sure if it’s affected, but after checking out, only “0” is displayed, and the others are pure white.

    Ok – thank you. That “o” issue has come up before – thank you for letting me know. (Now I just need to work out how to fix it!)

    Note: Ran into this “0” issue as well after I enabled the plugin “Order Receipt Print for WooCommerce Google Cloud Print”.
